Helping Hands is simply Neighbors Helping Neighbors in Need. More than 100,000 seniors in Riverside County miss more than 5 meals a month.
The majority of these seniors are housebound or suffer from some sort of disability. Our focus is to provide these low-income seniors, vets and disabled with food and information to make their lives better. Sign up at HelpingHandsGroup.us
